All communication is handled on a 24/7 basis. There is always a Magic Helper available to your guests.
- Payouts handled by Airbnb
Money earned from guests goes directly into your account. We will invoice you separately. Owners always have access to their accounts.
A La Carte
Ask and you shall receive - any of our services can be chosen a la carte. We can help you temporarily while you are on vacation or just don’t have time or simply don’t want to deal with it.
Cleaning & Concierge
Our Airbnb cleaning service includes:
- Detailed cleaning service
- Replenishing all toiletries
- Hotel-style staging
- Pre-inspection and post-cleaning inspection

Our Magic Helpers design team can help you with the interior and exterior design of your listings. Our team is experienced in making sure properties have the look that will draw guests in and make your place stand out. We can work with your current decorating pieces or build a package for you.
